Courses I have attended:

National certificate L3            First aid

Child protection                      Programs planning

Behaviour has meaning          Power to protect

Transition to school                Introduction to Te Whariki

My Home-Based Childcare Philosophy

My philosophy is based on providing the best care for your child. I achieve this with a small group of 4 children as it gives me the opportunity to provide a program where I follow each child’s individual needs and interests. By observing their individual strengths and passions, I can tailor activities that not only engage their curiosity but also foster their growth and development. The key is to maintain a flexible approach, allowing each child to explore and learn in ways that resonate with them personally.

My learning Environment

I offer a safe fun learning environment in my home for children aged 0 – 5 years. I have a fenced outdoor space for the children to enjoy with a wide range of resources to allow lots of fun experiences learning through play.

We love getting out in the community exploring nature at parks, Bush walks, beach, and local playgroups.
