VLADA
My name is VLADA, and I am an early childhood educator providing a warm, safe and welcoming home-based childcare environment in Bucklands Beach. I really enjoy creating meaningful experiences for children and supporting them as they learn, explore and grow.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm
My Location
Bucklands Beach
My Activities
We love spending time outdoors, going for nature walks, exploring the beach, collecting shells and natural materials, painting, doing arts and crafts, sensory activities, puzzles, reading books, music and movement, and learning through everyday experiences.
My Background and experience
I have experience working in early childhood education and have worked with children of different ages and backgrounds. I am currently completing my Level 4 Early Childhood Education studies and continue to develop my knowledge and skills in early childhood learning.
My Home-Based Childcare Philosophy
My philosophy is based on respectful relationships, individual care and learning through play and real-life experiences. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, loved, respected and encouraged to explore the world around them.
My learning Environment
My home-based childcare provides a calm, safe and family-like environment. I offer a Ukrainian-English environment, with a focus on nature, creativity, sensory play, practical activities and child-led learning. I also incorporate Montessori-inspired activities into our daily routine.
